When you use it first time, dosas etc. stucks. Initial 3-4 times, it may stuck to Pan. After regular it's really nice to makes Dosas, Thalipith (???????), Utthapa (??????) etc. Once it gets properly hot, one can easily and quickly make these items. We are using for last 4 months. Nice product.

A healthy replacement for a non stick tawa. However does not distribute the heat evenly. You have to keep shifting the parathi or chapati towards the center to cook all sides
