Was apprehensive reading the negative reviews but loved the pan. Using it since last two mths. It's a pretty big one. Have made dosa and cheela on it and they turn out great. Everything cooks uniformly on it. I have another prestige granite pan and these last long. May not be good for small omlettes because of the size.
