I made this rawa dosa and it didn't stick to the tawa. Working like non stick. It is quite heavy so washing and maintainence is quite troublesome.

Perfect for dosa uttapam chills paratha etc. Once it’s hot , it work perfectly just like non stick tawa. I suggest everyone must buy this product as healthy option instead of using coated non stick tawa.

I was bit susceptive about its performance. But it is working fine. Just a tip: It will take time for you to get use to it. Use it on high flame for a short duration until it gets enough hot and then switch to medium flame for use, it will save gas. Build quality is great and it is of standard size. Cleaning is easier than the non-stick tawa. Provides adequate non-stick tawa experience.
