The shape is really bad, the roti is left uncooked from the centre and I cannot use it only, it's useless for me. I wish to return or exchange the product as I have not used it also

Despite careful usage of the product, the wooden handle has developed a crack in the first two weeks itself. The tawa is good, heats up slowly and uniformly, and stays heated for a long time. I wish the warranty covered the handle too, but it doesn’t.

I am finding wonder chef products increasingly bad. A couple of years ago, the products were really good. Now they have joined the crap product bandwagon. I bought a mixer too which broke down on day 1. No replacement in over 2 weeks. Worst customer service for a brand that wants to be selling ₹1000 crores of product

AFTER AROUND 5 MONTHS, THE TAWA, WHEN PLACED OVER AN INDUCTION COOKTOP, IS NOT DETECTED BY IT. SO IT DOESNOT HEAT UP. HENCE, CANNOT BR USED OVER INDUCTION.OTHERWISE ALSO, THE HEATING IS VEY SLOW.....IT TAKES FOR EVER TO COOK CHAPATIS. REGULAR FLAME GAS STOVE AND ITS COOKWARE MAKE MUCH MORE SOFT,ER TASTIER AND FASTER CHAPATIS.
