Was having a trust on wonderchef brand. But i received product which was damaged no surely because of postage. There wqs scratch marks on lid. Also near blade there is a crack and it seems like repaired with heat. Also blade plate is very delicate and it wont last long.

I'm very very happy to get it I like it very much. It done my work so easy. Easy to use for everyone. My mother is also very happy to see its work. I also purchased one more for my mom. No doubt go for it. I'm so happy for got atta kneeding blades also. Otherwise mostly not send this ata kneeding blades in mostly packaging. But I got atta kneeding blades also.

I already had turbo chef mini chopper so thought to give this one a try as well. Overall the product does what it says and get its done nicely. The chopping, dicing and dough kneading gets done very well. Th jar is pretty big so getting 3-4 onions/tomato/carrot/capsicum etc is easy.However there are some issue like1) The lid doesn't seal shut and keeps getting loose while you operate it. Very irritating to hold the lid with 1 hand, move the lever with another2) There is a rubber ring at the bottom of the jar which should ideally keep the chopper in place. But its useless and the machine keep slipping. When you need to do some heavy duty slicing or making dough then it becomes really difficult3) The lever has a white plastic attachment at bottom which helps move it from one gear to another. it gets stuck in one gear to often and feels like it will break if you try to remove it.Overall its a decent product. I bought this since i wasn't sure my spouse will use it or not. I need this mainly for kneading dough and it works. I plan to use it for its lifecycle and then buy an electric one which will knead dough.

It gave my wife and kids immense pleasure for just a couple of months. It was working very efficiently till then. But it broke around the round knob while rotating. That is a very weak spot. I ordered a handle for rupees 152/-, after cotacting the customer care@ wonderchef. It arrived. But this also didn't last long. So once again I ordered for yet another handle. This is yet to be received although I remitted the amount way back in May. My several reminders have elicited no reply or action.Going through the reviews and the questions asked, one can see that the design is at fault. There are umpteen complaints of broken handles. If this is attended too, it would be one of the best choppers in the market. The blades have to be handled very carefully, for they are very sharp and several havereported that they have injured their fingers, because they handled it carelessly.

I had a string chopper which some times got stuck. So seduced by the product videos, I invested in this product. Now in the videos, the whole thing looks so smooth. But when you use it, there are practical problems: 1. the base does not remain stuck on the table during operation which creates difficulty. 2. The force needed is more. You have to press the lid with one hand to ensure the jar remains on the table and move the rotator handle with another hand. Made me sweat! It's easier to use a knife in comparison. 3. For a single individual or a small family, sometimes you just need to chop 3 onions. However small amounts do not get easy access to the blades, so they do not get chopped well. The second gear does not work for small amounts, so you have uneven and ugly chopped pieces. After the effort I had to give to just chop pieces, I do not want to use it anymore. Maybe I will keep it just to make lassi and stuff. Hence, the two stars!!!

This chopper works well as it is intended for. No need for electricity is a plus point. Blades are sharp and it is advised to take care while cleaning them with bare hand. Takes sometime to get used to it in the beginning. Once you master then its very easy to chop onions, cucumber, tomatoes with ease and to the desired size. Overall a recommended product.Thanks for timely delivery and fairly good packaging.

Its too gud for chopping, but all da additional attachments are of no use for me, I dint use it even once. I tried dough making with da chopper blades many times turned out to be gud. But exactly after 2 yrs handle on top was broken and I tried to mend it but of no sucess. Now lies in da cupboard uselessly. But have to admit blades are so sharp even now, even jar was too gud though I dont know what to do with it without handle...
