I was looking for a solution for soggy chapati in casserole.tried a lot of other products like normal casserole and wooden container cane basket etc but couldn't get the solution .chapatis were getting soggy.so I saw this product which is specifically designed to contain chapati from borosil.Was also looking for a plastic free solution. So i thought if trying it out.As it turns out its provides the desired results.The evaporated water does not drip over the chapati so they do not get soggy.There is visibility and the chapati remain warm.The product is plastic free so its healthy.So i guess its value for money.May be if we could have other sizes as well. To suit requirements of a single person or larger masses too.

Borosil makes some really nifty products and this one is no exception. This does what it says, does not allow the chapatis to get soggy even after few hours. Built and finish is exceptional, easy to clean. People claiming it does not keep chapatis warm for a long time are wrong. It does and no casserole keeps the chapatis warm for hours. It is how it is. One problem that some of you may face is that there are no handles on it. My mother does not face any problem though but you might.

Product is good - value for money but my first order received was very badly damaged piece. Amazon replacement was very prompt - replaced one was perfect. This is good for the ones who makes big chapatis as the diameter is quite huge. Bottom line stuff is good.

Did job better than expected. Roti's are remaining as hot on dining table as when they are made in the kitchen for 15-20 minutes. Buying this as gifts for others.housewife can serve hot rotis to everyone in family. Earlier, everybody would want to last made roti. Solves that problem. 1.1 litre is good enough for even big rotis - also the depth is good maybe can accommodate 20-25 rotis.

Very cute looking. Keeps chappati's reasonably hot. There was a slight roughness around the side screw, but decided to smoothen it out myself, rather than return it.

Warmth: very poor.I bought this product in great expectation of the goodwill that Borosil has kept over the years as far as it's glass products are concerned.But with this purchase, i feel heavily LET DOWN by Borosil. The Roti server doesn't retain any warmth at all after 15 minutes of storage of roti. in it...It seems to be just like any other Casserole..Only tall claims with little output !!

Overall it's a good product from a quality perspective. But does not keep rotis warm and neither it has a locking mechanism. But prevents rotis from becoming soggy. Very easy to clean and looks very nice. But, inspite of all this I really liked it and will recommend if you are ok to ignore the lock feature, warmth.

The MRP was shown to be 1650 at the time of booking the order.But the actual MRP as shown on the box is 695 . This amounts to wrong selling information and indirect cheating. Amazon should not tolerate this misinformation by the dealer as we have a big trust on Amazon.

The knob on the lid is loose. The screw slips when i try to tighten it. How can I get a replacement for the lid. Otherwise the product is excellent
