Warmth: very poor.I bought this product in great expectation of the goodwill that Borosil has kept over the years as far as it's glass products are concerned.But with this purchase, i feel heavily LET DOWN by Borosil. The Roti server doesn't retain any warmth at all after 15 minutes of storage of roti. in it...It seems to be just like any other Casserole..Only tall claims with little output !!

Very cute looking. Keeps chappati's reasonably hot. There was a slight roughness around the side screw, but decided to smoothen it out myself, rather than return it.

Plz note that it is just a Server and not a casserole....Hence don't expect your Rotis/Chapattis/Paranthas to be hot after say even one hour.... This is just a Server and it has nothing much to offer....You cook & serve instantly....That's all....

This is not a casserole. This is a roti server. If you are looking for a product to serve rotis within 10 minutes of making then go for it. Otherwise this will not keep th chappatis warm for more than 10 minute. It stops the chapati from getting soggy for sure. But its not a casserole by any means.

Did job better than expected. Roti's are remaining as hot on dining table as when they are made in the kitchen for 15-20 minutes. Buying this as gifts for others.housewife can serve hot rotis to everyone in family. Earlier, everybody would want to last made roti. Solves that problem. 1.1 litre is good enough for even big rotis - also the depth is good maybe can accommodate 20-25 rotis.

Borosil is a reputed brand for glass items. I think now they are getting several items made by other third grade manufacturers and using their brand name to earn money by cheating customers. It is a third grade product. Rotis are not staying warm and lot of condensed moisture is making rotis soft and sticky. Glass cover is the only visual attraction and one should stay from this item.

Looks nice, easy to clean, clear glass lead is good.Roti stays warm only for about an hour now, so in winter it will be almost useless. Lead does not lock so need to be careful when handling movement.

Product is good - value for money but my first order received was very badly damaged piece. Amazon replacement was very prompt - replaced one was perfect. This is good for the ones who makes big chapatis as the diameter is quite huge. Bottom line stuff is good.

It's adequate for a family of 4. It does not however keep rotis warm for long, so the lock feature is not good. The rotis will go cold after an hour. Maybe look for something better if you want them to stay warm for longer.
