After usage of just 5 to 7 days, just used for keeping cooked rice. The closure broke open a gap hot formed both the sides of the lid as shown . I thought cello is a good quality one but in vain

I loved this product after I received and it was super good.The look of this hot pot is elegant and can be used for serving purpose also.I checked for warmth by pouring hot water(poured hot water and kept for whole night),the warmth is at least 4-5 hours
