Heat retention ability of this Stainless Steel casserole is not satisfactory. Seamless stainless steel walls and lid provides heat a medium to radiate the heat outside from edges, in my opinion. Finishing of the product is satisfactory, but it can not compromise the heat loss drawback.

First view on product Quality of rippits use to stick the handle are poor quality," Shine is nice but locks seams to be very average. U can compare it with any brand making these type of product. On keeping things hot/cool I have to check.

I ordered this Milton 3500 ml size hotbox on Silkrute as I got a better price than the retail shops. Initially, the product had a dent in the bottom part, informed the defect and they arranged for a replacement. The replacement product also had a small dent, but it's okay for me since that will not impact the hotbox function for my daily use. I will start using the product and will update how well it holds the temperature and other details.
