As mentioned by the manufacturer, it is not an insulated casserole, it doesn't retain heat or cold. Waste of ??. Unfortunately I ve started using it after the return window date got closed, so unable to return it.

Food is not maintained hot with this. We kept chapati in this hot box and could notive that hardly after 20 minutes all the chapati were not hot at all.
