First view on product Quality of rippits use to stick the handle are poor quality," Shine is nice but locks seams to be very average. U can compare it with any brand making these type of product. On keeping things hot/cool I have to check.

As mentioned by the manufacturer, it is not an insulated casserole, it doesn't retain heat or cold. Waste of ??. Unfortunately I ve started using it after the return window date got closed, so unable to return it.

I ordered this Milton 3500 ml size hotbox on Amazon as I got a better price than the retail shops. Initially, the product had a dent in the bottom part, informed the defect and they arranged for a replacement. The replacement product also had a small dent, but it's okay for me since that will not impact the hotbox function for my daily use. I will start using the product and will update how well it holds the temperature and other details.
