Moderate product. It's light in weight and easy to clean. But the locking feature is not so perfect to maintain the desired temperature of the food inside.

The product received was in good condition and not dented or broken at any place. Does keep hot for a decent amount of time ( at least it fits my needs). The lid lock is a bit loose and you do have to participate in a lock-unlock session with the hot case. :)
