I purchased a set from Silkrute but did not check immediately afterreceiving the item presuming thatthere will be no defect as the brand name is Milton which is best brand.After a lapse of a couple of monthswhen I unpacked the bigger one,I was shocked to find that it's lid isdefectively manufactured and itdoesn't fit on the unit. I could nottake up with Silkrute as the time limit for returning is already over.However, I now request Silkrute toto take up the matter with themanufacturers i.e. Milton toreplace the defective unit witha usable one.Today i.e. on 17th May2024 I am adding this to my earlier review thatI expected that an Undisputedly Reputed Company like Milton would certainly understand and appreciatemy problem and take some positive steps to mitigate the same. But alas! No response from the company. This is,I think, because of the big stature of the company. The hardships faced by a single purchser like me even after paying full price does not make any difference for them. Afterall they have received the money, then why should they bother?

Pros:1 Attractive colour and packaging of casseroles.2 Perfect size for daily use.3 Food remains hot for some time not much. This this might also be the case with expensive casseroles.Cons:1 Quality of casseroles is questionable.2 It might not be durable if used daily by housewives for keeping hot sabji, daal or roti and also rough cleaning done by maids.Verdict:I would suggest by spending few bucks higher to go for category: Buffet casseroles of Milton or Chef casseroles by Cello which are much more durable than this one! First seller RINI STORE Sent the duplicate milton boxset..i have placed replacement req..this time got the original milton box..the weight of the duplicate box is very light and brand sticker tap not present on box and the milton brand covers which cover boxs is differnt ....Original milton:- have brand milton tap..and milton brand with big letters on cover and weight of the box is good and it keeps food heat upto 2-3.Hrs
