One of the Big Pan came in a bended form. Unfortunately we had to gift this to my sister based in sydney and didnt want the hassle of returning, refund etc.. as other items looked to be alright

Firstly, I would mention that the quality of this product is too good, it's super cute, and sturdy yet light weight.. I have been using Wonderchef since 2015.. so no doubt on that.. but the seller has repeatedly sent defective items and it has been passed by Silkrute team in the quality check process.. so they have earned this one star.. please do not tarnish the brand like this.. n customers please buy this from the store or Silkrute(unless its defective) it's too tooo good

First I got a casserole with a scratch in . I replace to other and next one came with oval shape and lid didn't fit. I replace.And can u believe I replace again and they send replacement also- lid didt fit.And I sent it to replace .Waiting 4th casserole now.How many u send till u just check it before put in box???Simply check it - why should I accept defective one. Please check it .Stop sending me defective product.But to update:First I put 2 stars but a casserole is a good quality and even they send me 3 times defective at the end I got a good one.5 stars.

Manufactured issues cover is not proparly closed. I am not happy this product. I am also refunded process but not confom Silkrute his replace or not.
