Product was received on 19th June 2019. Till December 2019 it worked quite well. Since 10th January 2020 it failed to function. Hot water couldn't remain hot for even an hour. It's insulation failed. Since last 20 days i am writing them to replace it, as it is within warranty. But they are dilly dallying, with lame excuses, such as send viewable image of purchase voucher. The image of sent voucher is quite clear. Although i sent them a fresh image, and still i am waiting their reply till today. I request Amazon.in to take up the matter with seller, and get it rplaced.

Overall the product is very good.. Keeps water warm for at least 6-7 hours.. only drawback is that the mouth of product is somewhat narrow and u cannot clean it properly coz its difficult to put your hand inside it.. Anyhow it's original Milton at reasonable price than that of any other online shopping site.
