Kettle, 6 glass, and the wooden tray come in 3 different boxes wrapped in bubble wrap. Overall packaging was nice. I received a defective product. The wooden tray was broken, the seller immediately exchanged the defective product with a new one with more sturdy packaging (Also an apology letter). The only thing is you need to do is thoroughly wash the kettle before use as the smell of paint is strong. 5 stars for service.
