Bought this once and it didn't hold heat for long and got it exchanged, the replaced unit also is not able to hold the hear for too long. This unit can hold hot water for long but fails to keep other liquids like Tea/Coffee for long. We had a older version of this which was thin and it was able to keep tea/coffee hot for long. It's sturdy but doesn't solve the purpose for me!!
