I received the June 2018 manufactured product in June 2020. The box is damaged, the warranty card is torn, and 12varied shaped plates to make different types of snacks missing. Do not know what use one can put this without those plates. If this is the quality of service from amazon prime graded product then I must say your quality of service has really gone down.
