Both side handles and the lid handle is made of low quality plastic..otherwise vessel is good..I have been using other Futura kadai with wooden handle for the last 6-7 yrs..handles are too good.I purchased it from shop...but in this particular product, the handles are made of very low quality plastic..even with low heat handles get heated up..is it specially made for Amazon distribution???Even if you(amazon) don't give discount, no problem..if quality products are given ,that would be great ????

While the quality of the Saucepan is good. It will easily last 4-5 years with proper care while using and cleaning.The main issue is with the lid which does not have a hole in it. The supplied lid can be used while serving but not while cooking (a hole is needed to release the steam).I had to purchase an additional lid for 400rs to use with this pan.
