I gifted this product to my mother on her 52nd Birthday and she is very happy and super excited to use this in our coming road trips. The product thoroughly keeps the inside material warm more than 24 Hours (Yes I tested it) and also the other way around (chilled). The product pricing is pretty much fair and it's the best 3.5L capacity beverage dispenser in its segment. Still cleaning this is a tough job for me but the efforts are rewarding at last(good to go at anytime). Feel Fortunate to buy this.

Insulation is Good- Using to store cold water water temperature maintained for about 24 hrs and 50% drop in 48 hrs Pump not so good. when jar is full it dispense about 100 ml in every push but reduces to 50 ml when half , hence to get a glass of water u might need to pump 3-4 times
