I brought this for cutting julienne of carrots. It works fine as a chopper but tried it for slicing and julienne, didn't work for it at all. Very time consuming. Not at all practical. The traditional way of chopping with knife and chopping board makes more sense than using such choppers as you need to wash them and cut small pieces inorder it to chop. Regret my purchase as it does not slice and does julienne despite of reading manual and trying multiple times. Works fine as chopper to chop veggies. Also should be maintained as its plastic prone to breakage.

Except the fact, it makes some noise while cutting which i don't like, it is a great tool to chop veggies faster. I used it for different vegetables, it reduced lot of time for cooking preparation. Give it a try, just understand how its works.
