Don't buy this product is made of low quality materials and will not laste long. First of all the glass kettle will break soon as it's made of low density hence won't last long. And coming to the inner parts of the brewery feels made of low quality plastic and I'm not sure how safe it is to brew coffee.

Brewing and the hot water supply area are made out of plastic. Could have been an excellent product if these two area alone were made out of steel. Can't consume coffee with plastic. Alas, had to return!

Please avoid buying this product or any other product from pigeon for that matter. The coffee carafe ( glass jug) broke in the 1st 10 seconds of operation . To make matters worse , the customer care number provided on the warranty manual doesn’t work and redirects to another company selling pigeon baby products.There are a lot of negative reviews on this product for a reason. Unfortunately, I didn’t do a thorough research before buying this and have paid the price for it. This company is an absolute bogus . Please consider going for some other brand .

First time I was delivered broken one has severe breaks and jar was not even delivered. Return product has water leaking issue right next to the electronic circuit and power cable. Please don't go for it. Spend a bit more and get a better product. It's a waste of money and time.
