I have received the coffee maker and keep it packed and unused for quite some time May be more than 3 weeks. It turned to be cheap product. On the 3rd day Of use . The jug broke in very weird way while it was placed on the plate while coffee is getting made. I have not come across such incident in my last 15 years of using Filter coffee makers. Moreover ,supplier was contacted by Phone , email , and what’s app. By phone promised I will be contacted within 2 working days. For approx 2 weeks nothing happen. The email was not replied in spite of reminder now more than 10 days. By what’s app I was promised they will ascelate my matter and not more than 7 days since the promise was made. I have never seen worst than the product and the maker of it. Finally amazon have taken care of my problem.

Stopped working after one month. Seller and manufacturer did not respond to my queries and emails. There is a six month warranty but did not get any replacement/repair, not even a response to my question. Amazon customer service is equally bad. They refused to replace and asked me to deal with the manufacturer. Totally disappointed. Do not buy from Amazon and do not buy this product

Poor quality glass caraf. The steel ring around is very tight and so in heating, the glass (not tempered boro silicate glass) breaks. Too expensive for a flimsy product. Amazon had slated pick-up on 18th June, today, 22nd. and no sign of them. Poor service by amazon. Wonder if it is worth continuing with them or buy outside for piece-of-mind? Or get from their competition?
