The quality of the material is very low grade. The customer service by pigeon is terrible. The first time it was delivered, it came broken. The next time the glass pot cracked within a week of using it while it was still on the machine. The quality of glass is very cheap. When I tried to get a replacement, even when I was ready to pay for it, the company hasn't provided me with it despite repeated follow-up for 4 months. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If you want a coffee machine, there are so many better options in the market for a slightly higher price. Spend that extra money. Will be worth it. Pigeon has pathetic quality and customer service.

I have received a defective product. Waiting 1 hour but coffee is not being ready. Totally wastage of money. Called customer care for help several times but no one received a single call. I would suggest everyone not to buy this product again.

Takes minimum 20 minutes to brew the coffee and you get half the quantity of coffee against what you have poured.If you have poured 4 cups of water you get around 2 cups of coffee remaining water gets evaporated moreover take a lot of time to percolate through the drip

I was excited to buy this economical coffee brewer but it turns out that it's not so much economical. The basic body is plastic/fibre works fine. But the glass jar was of poor quality. Despite of using it carefully it developed a crack on the bottom and with heated plate of the brewer it eventually broke. Either Pigeoon should give us the facility to exchange the glass pot or buy a replacement. Disappointing purchase. No for Pigeon products.
