This has been one of my worst purchases. It started having problems barely within 7 days of usage. I sent it to the official service center and got the device back after almost 21 days, and was told the thermostat had to be replaced. Even after the aforementioned servicing all the problems that I used to face still persist. There are overheating issues due to which a lot of steam is produced from the provided water, leading to the device to stop working altogether very frequently, waiting for it to cool down. Apart from the low grade product itself, the servicing is the absolute worst. There is absolutely zero transparency in their process, they ask for ridiculous time frames for minor part replacement, there is no effective way to track the progress of the servicing, and all of the service center people stop taking your calls immediately after they collect the device. I honestly doubt if any repairs were actually done on the device, or if I just got back the same faulty item from the service center after 21 days. I have been using coffee makers from different vendors over the last 5 years, and this is the first time I'm seeing such a terrible product. One of the absolute worst, both in terms of quality of the product as well as customer support. Not even worth 10% of the cost, never ever go for this product.

Build quality is questionable and cheap. It’s fragile and easy to break. Long term use is questionable. Buy with caution and buy only for short term use. The product will not outlive it’s warranty period.

It's inexpensive but not very useful. The material used is of cheap quality. The qty of coffee that one brew is small for the time it takes. If you want a cheap-quick substitute for some time then only go for it. If you break the carafe, and there is a high chance you would given the material used, the replacement is not easy to buy; and even if you find one it costs 2/3 the price of the entire machine. I am therefore asking is it really worth it?

Filter quality itself is not good and release the powder to some extent. Also decoction is released very fast. What modification required is - 1. mesh size to be further redused/double layered. 2. Some mechanism required to reduce the quick flow out of decoction.

Received defective product. So requested for replacement.. after waiting 4 to 5 days, my replacement was at my door step but rejected for not completing photo verification. This photo verification information was no where mentioned by Amazon. Even customer care person was rude and not helpful.This is my third bad experience with Amazon.Now it is no more my favourite place to shop.
