Very very cheap quality... all the balloons have holes and inside colour sparkles are just ordinary colour paper rounds.. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED. WASTE OF MONEY I have given 1 star bcz... there is no zero star. Otherwise, I would have given zero rating

This ballon doesn’t look like what is shown in picture . The paper cut outs inside the ballon settle down in one place . I bought thinking it will be , as shown in picture . But disappointed. It looks plain white and cutout’s on one side .
