Very very cheap quality... all the balloons have holes and inside colour sparkles are just ordinary colour paper rounds..NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED. WASTE OF MONEYI have given 1 star bcz... there is no zero star. Otherwise, I would have given zero rating
