They mention metallic balloons, but it's normal latex balloons. Also colour is different than what's shown in product image. 'love' foil baloon is perfect red, while red balloons are not red, but pink. Problem is, you have planned for birthday celebration so you can't return it and will have to go ahead with whatever they send :(
