In a nutshell, don't buy. Read on to know why.I read its reviews on Amazon. Someone had shared that their set didn't have all the letters. Still, I went ahead and ordered it.I received the letters with no Y but three Ts. I was disappointed and wanted to get it exchanged. But because it wasn't possible and the quality was good, I returned the order citing the reason and ordered another set. Guess what! The second order also had no Y and three Ts. Absolutely pathetic. They made the same mistake, twice, in spite of my review on the product. HAPPT BIRTHDAT.

Received 2 damaged balloons, even after tapping around the balloon it is not useful, there are small small holes around the balloons, I didn't expect this damaged balloons from your side , could you please send me letter I and P letters again cannot return back bcoz there are tapped

The product overall is good. However, you need to inflate the balloons less, otherwise if blown to the full it bursts. The balloons are not metallic at all and when you blow them with your mouth it gives a foul taste. Apart from that for one time decoration for few hours not a bad option.
