A decent product. Got ribbon and straw with it too... it was easy to inflate. Giving 3 stars because of 2 reasons. 1. Both the letter 'H' were torn or had a hole in it. Had to tape it and use it. This was weird coincidence. 2. Packing was not good. Straw was flattened due to that.. Looks good after the installation though..

Be careful while you buy this product. I got an immediate one day delivery but they don't check before shipping if all the letters are in good condition. it is easy to inflate but one of the letter was punctured, there was a birthday party next day and no time to return or replace. I actually had to find out the puncture by dipping the letter in water and then stick it by using an incense stick. plus the letters were smelling awful, I don't know if its the golden colour that was giving out the smell, but the smell was strong enough that all our guests could make out.

A) Quality of product is quite questionable. Another problem which no one has prior mentioned is: B) They don't deflate on their own(wese ke wese hi rehte he), which leads to storage problem.
