I had ordered the letters and No. 18 as it's my friends 18th birthday but i received No. 10 my friends birthday is in 2 days now i have to buy entire thing from a shop. Who charges rs. 600 but the quality over there is much better than this one i ordered

In the image it shows as a packOf 13 gold happy Birthday balloons. But i received a mix of gold silver pink and blue. Very bad. Didn’t expect. I wanted everything to he gold, that was what mentioned in the picture too
