The HB banner was of a good quality and beautiful The latex balloons too ,no hole in any piece ; I did a test round and they have not burst for 24 hours The star balloons were also without fault and adorable The no 5 balloon functions as it should One less star is due to the fact that I got an 8 instead of a 2 which is extremely unfortunate since I needed it and I do not want to return the entire package just for that one number , I'll have to opt out from using it for the party which is truly disappointing because they look so good together . Will the company please handle it's packaging department so as not to cause any inconvenience to other parties.

Only the banner and star shape balloon were good. The rest of balloons, I think were old stock, all got burst within night before birthday celebration, irrespective of the air level filled. The number 5 balloon, was also old stock and probably had some leakage in it ??
