The fact that that 20% baloons had holes in it is apart from the fact that by the time we had the event in the 2 hours after we blew it almost all had decide to kill them selves in the self induced balloon blast. The product when I bought the first time gave me an awesome experience but the second time due to poor packaging n loose balloons wasn't up to the mark.But going by my first experience this product has amazing hd type metallic colours at quote great prices n that what appeals me quality is average but last you well.
