This baloon can act like Diwali crackers. Once you blow it it at randomly makes loudest of noise and decides to pop itself giving a heart attack to the people standing in 50feet distance of it. The fact that that 20% baloons had holes in it is apart from the fact that by the time we had the event in the 2 hours after we blew it almost all had decide to kill them selves in the self induced balloon blast.
