I bought this product and when I tried to assemble the product, the material provided is not adequate to hold the straws together. Most of the time they are not right fit. They are too loose to hold together and often we need to put some tape around to assemble it. Also the holes provided on the base, which are meant to hold the straws together doesn't often easily fit. Need to put a lot of effort. I felt it was waste of time and money.

There was no instructions. Assembling was bit challenging. Finally once it was ready it still kept falling. The plastic straws couldn't stand normal air filled balloon weight also.
