The product did not come with the clean packing as in L'Oreal. The lid was held by a masking tape for not opening. Also the clean factory wrap was absent as well. As I can't wait for one more week as well as the quantity was same by weighing, I just retained. But the product must be a returned one that was repacked poorly.

This has been perfect for long extremely curly hair. Normally post shampoo hair brushing would ensure tears but with this conditioner/ detangler, the hair gets smoothened and knot free and brushing is a breeze.

This seller sent me a bottle with 1/4 conditioner missing. If u normally open the bottle u will never realize and use it. I kept it near sun light so was evident. I am a regular user of this brand and have no issues with this product. But this bottle in particular is tampered with
