The slurp farm recently have been bringing some really required items and this baby food is one. So in my experience the product quantity is about right for one serving and infact sometimes may be 2. Its just mixing with hot water so carrying along is also easy and you can get hot water almost anywhere. I am not a health expert nor a person knowing about nutrients and its healthiness so i wont talk about that. The flavour and taste was good. Since its a trial pack it comes with one pack of each flavour and total of 6 packs. Price wise i think can be reduced compared to what other products are in the market.
