I'm very upset with this product I ordered it for my 11 month but the led is loose however decided to exchange itBut I got a call saying that I was not available at delivery time which is anyways false and still I haven't got any call regarding the exchange thing and I'm not able to see any other option for exchanging the product

The sipper by itself is good. Helped my baby to sip water without spilling.Negatives:1. Leaves a slight plastic-ky taste to the water though if filled with warm water2. The lid is also impossible to get off so I don't use the lid anymore
