The product is quite salty and spicy. Given the recommendations to avoid salt for babies until they are a year old, I was unable to give my 10 month old this snack. I tried to look for the ingredients in the snack on the description but it did not say that there is salt in the snack. I am now planning to serve it as snacks for the adults in the house instead.
