It worked great for a month and then the valve got a cut and now its useless. The spare is not available on store or on Silkrute.

Good product working well, but the problem is diapharm it is broken with in a month. I can't find diapharm in accessories for this small rubber have to buy product again. In market it is little expensive but works only for a month

The product is very nice but the packaging it came in was terrible. Just a 3 ply sheet was used to cover the product box without any packing material whatsoever to safeguard this delicate product. I have received Rs.100 products like bottle cleaners and diapers in proper 3 ply box with bubble wraps but this product despite being delicate in nature and costing nearly Rs. 2000/- was just covered with 3 ply sheet like gift wrapping.The product box inside was bent which is expected during handling. Luckily the inside contents weren't damaged!
