This product is very comfortable both for the baby and the caretaker. Our baby (from 4 month onwards) could sit comfortably for couple of hours straight without complaining. There is adequate strapping for back support

Size is not suitable for a baby weighing 15 kgs. We were thinking there would good adequate padding on the shoulder strap which is for the parent. Shoulder strap is though padded, however I am 100% sure the shoulder padding would last on 1 week. Herein the manufacturer should look at investing some money in shoulder padding. Seems bit of cost cutting measure. Also the manufacturer needs to look at strap quality on the waist. Only a welcrow support and a buckle support is not enough . Welcrow support at the waist can be removed and Second buckle for the waist would provide adequate support. This would enhance safety of the child. In short I don't recommend this product.

It's mentioned for c sec mothers. As c sec mother I couldn't use this product it's very weight for my 6 months baby itself and the bag rope is disturbing the baby's face.

The product had a minor stitch issue after about a month of use. So I wrote a mail to the costumer care. They picked up my product, fixed it and returned it. One of the best customer care team. We use this product day in and out and it's very useful. Go for it!!!

Good product. Comfortable for baby to sit. But the shoulder straps could have more cushioning (i was only sent 1 shoulder cushion). I wouldnt recommend white color though.. gets dirty too fast...

My baby likes to sit outwards and likes to be walked around. He never complains except when too sleepy or hungry. We use it alot. Good quality, design is also good for babies. Started using from 3 months and looks good to used till atleast one year.
